Return & Shipping

At Sprezaturaclothing, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. The estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Please note that all shipping prices include VAT, and delivery times may be affected during holidays and sale periods.

With manufacturing facilities in both the USA and Europe, shipping times vary depending on your location. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 21 business days, with 21 days being in the most extreme cases. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address, ensuring your F1 gear gets to you in the most efficient manner possible."

 Please be aware that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply, and customers are responsible for any associated charges. Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO, post office box, or FPO addresses.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While we strive to display accurate product images on our website and app, please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays. Additionally, packaging may vary from the images shown.

Processing Guidelines

All product availability is subject to stock availability and payment verification. We will promptly notify you if any items in your order are out of stock or if additional information is required for credit card verification.

 

Delivery Date Estimates

Our goal is to deliver orders within five working days of processing. However, during holiday and sale periods, deliveries may take between 5 to 21 days due to increased order volume. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, although please allow up to 48 hours for online tracking updates to be available.

International Shipping Policies

For international orders, customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Customs procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customers must comply with all laws and regulations of their country when receiving goods from us.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

We are not liable for packages that are rejected or considered undeliverable due to invalid shipping addresses. We also cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

Inspection

Customers are required to inspect delivered products upon receipt and ensure they meet expectations. If any issues arise, please contact us promptly with all relevant information, including photographic proof.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

We take pride in offering high-quality products and conduct several quality checks before shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund. Items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact.

We will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions.
